Megan Burgos Figueroa has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Megan started their career at Fujitsu in 2012 as a Team Leader, where they were responsible for managing resources, reporting on attendance and telephony statistics, conducting call coaching, delivering new starter training, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. After three years at Fujitsu, they joined Jet2.com and Jet2holidays as a Deputy Contact Centre Manager. In this role, they gained experience in overseeing contact center operations and managing a team. Megan then moved on to work at Air New Zealand as a Customer Relations Specialist, where they handled customer relations and ensured customer satisfaction. Megan later joined the NSW Department of Planning, Industry, and Environment as a Customer Relations Lead, where they played a crucial role in managing customer relationships. Currently, they are working at Evolution Power Tools, where they have held the positions of Customer Service Manager and is currently serving as Head of Customer Service.
