Luke Kramer

Luke Kramer is currently the VP of Patient Advocacy and Community Engagement at Evolution Research Group, one of the largest independent clinical research site networks in the nation. Prior to this role, Luke served as the Executive Director at The STARR Coalition from June 2015 to June 2021, focusing on creating positive change in mental health recovery. Before that, Luke held various positions at Birch Tree Communities, Inc. from January 1999 to June 2015, including Director of Training and Development, Director of Development, Associate Program Director, and Expressive Arts Specialist. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Dallas and University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
