Stephanie Stokes

Stephanie Stokes is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in financial leadership and accounting. Currently serving as a Portfolio Board Member at Evolution Strategy Partners since November 2022, Stokes has also provided Virtual CFO services through Structured Leaders since 2013, specializing in supporting public and private companies, particularly in the insurance and construction sectors. Prior experience includes a tenure as Vice President - Controller at Insight Communications where Stokes managed accounting and financial reporting operations during significant transitions, and as Assistant Controller - General Accounting at Moody's, overseeing a large team responsible for corporate accounting and internal reporting. Stokes began a finance career at LSG Sky Chefs, directing finance and administration during challenging industry conditions post-9/11. Stokes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baylor University.
