Chris Heiler has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Chris started their career in 1998 as a Senior Consultant at Fraunhofer IPA, where they provided scientific industry consulting and managed projects for various companies. Chris later became the Deputy Department Manager with budget responsibility and 20 direct reports.

In 2004, Chris founded and managed ProGeRo S.R.L., a company they led as the Managing Partner until 2006. During this time, they also co-founded CeDIAM, an Automotive Industry Development Center in Mexico that received project funding and support from the German and Mexican automotive industry.

From 2006 to 2009, Chris worked as a Project Manager at ROI Management Consulting AG, where they advised clients and developed organizational strategies. Chris then became the CEO of SiC Processing US, leading a chemical processing facility with full P&L responsibility. After that, they served as the CEO and Managing Member of NW Processing LLC, where they founded and managed a specialized industrial waste recovery operation.

In 2013, Chris joined TrendScape Innovation Group as a Senior Associate and contributed until 2016. Chris simultaneously founded Innovation Insites and worked as a Principal in that role. From 2017 to 2023, Chris held various roles at P3, including Managing Principal and Associate Principal, contributing to internal operations, IT systems, and client projects.

Currently, Chris is the Principal at evolv Consulting since 2024.

Chris Heiler earned a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Life Coaching from New Skills Academy in 2021, UiPath certified Business Analyst from UiPath in 2019, and a Diploma in NLP from INLPTA - International NLP Trainers Association in 2008.
