Michea McCaffrey (She/Her/Hers)

Michea McCaffrey is currently the Office Manager and DEI Program Lead at Evolv Technology. Michea has held this position since December 2018. Prior to working at Evolv Technology, McCaffrey was a Project Assistant at SchoolWorks from December 2013 to November 2018. Before that, they worked as a Staffing Associate at Barton Associates Inc. from November 2010 to October 2013. In this role, McCaffrey managed intake of new inquires about positions with the company, followed up to gather information and distributed viable candidates within the company as leads. Michea also planned itineraries for travel for doctors and nurse practitioners who had upcoming assignments at facilities around the nation. Prior to working at Barton Associates Inc., McCaffrey was a Legal Assistant at Doonan Graves & Longoria, LLC from April 2008 to June 2010.

Michea McCaffrey has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Michea also has certification from Northwestern University in Leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, as well as certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Notary Public.
