Cooper Hawes is currently employed at Evolve MGA, where they have held the roles of Producer / Sales Manager, Production Underwriter, Associate Underwriter, and Associate Underwriting Intern since 2020. Prior to this, they were the Director of Recruitment for Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity from 2019.

Cooper Hawes attended the WSU Carson College of Business from 2017 to 2021, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Business Economics.
