Matt Grimes is the Vice President and Head of Talent Advisory at Evolve Partners, a recruiting and talent advisory firm focused on high-growth companies. Matt also serves as an Advisor at Beacon AI and RiverNorth, Inc. In addition, Matt is the Owner of Transparent, LLC, where Matt provides talent advisory services to early-stage organizations. Previously, Matt held roles such as Director of Global Talent at Decisions and Director of Talent at U.Group. Matt has a background in marketing and holds a Bachelor's degree from Penn State University and Smeal College of Business.
