Garima Kochar

Garima Kochar has a significant amount of work experience in the field of human resources. Garima has held various positions at Evonith, including Chief People Officer for both Evonith Metallics Limited and Evonith Value Steel Limited since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Holcim where they served as Head HR & Admin for four Pan India divisions of ACC & Ambuja Cement from 2018 to 2022. Garima also held roles such as Head of Leadership Development, Head of Performance Management System & Employee Engagement, and Human Resources Manager during their tenure at ACC Ltd.

Garima Kochar completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Honors) at C R State College of Engineering from 1999 to 2003. Garima then pursued a Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) with a specialization in HR at Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management from 2003 to 2005.
