The Lead AV Technician will be responsible for the successful execution of AV projects and support. The Lead AV Technician will lead a team of AV professionals, ensuring that project goals and deadlines are met. The Lead will serve as the main escalation point, offering leadership to the AV team and assisting in the troubleshooting of AV technical issues.

The Lead AV Technician will be expected to have strong experience leading others and assembling, operating, and troubleshooting equipment used on each project. The successful Lead will be an experienced leader, flexible, and detail-oriented, with good communication and strong collaboration skills.
