Katarina Svärdhult

Katarina Svärdhult has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Katarina currently holds the position of VP People & Culture at evroc since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Transformation lead at H&M Group from January 2021 to April 2023. Katarina also founded and served as the Change Leader at Odd Agency from September 2012 to December 2021. Additionally, they worked as Vice President of Organizational Development & Business Transformation at Grontmij from 2006 to November 2012, and held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Grontmij Group NV from 2009 to 2010. Before joining Grontmij, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Telia from 2004 to 2006, and had a role in Human Resources at Orange from 2000 to 2004.

Katarina Svärdhult completed an executive education program in digital transformation and innovation at INSEAD in 2018-2019. In 2007-2008, they attended the Stockholm School of Economics for an executive marketing program. From 1995 to 2000, they earned a Master's degree in psychology, sociology, business administration, communications, and labor law from Lund University.
