Robyn Makel has worked in various roles in the customer service industry since 2011. Robyn began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Kaiser Permanente, where they provided quality assistance to handle customer benefit/service inquiries, complaints, billing questions and claim payment requests. Robyn then moved on to become a Health Plan Service Specialist/Interim Team Manager and a Team Manager at the same company. In 2016, they began working as a Casino Dealer at MGM Resorts International and as a Training Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente - Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG), where they provided administrative support and completed domestic and foreign travel arrangements for senior managers. In 2019, they became a Customer Success Manager at Gallop, and in 2021 they were a Site Lead at Curative. Currently, they are a Customer Support Team Lead and Customer Support Representative at Evry Health.
