Axele Descours

Axele Descours has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. In 2005, Descours worked as a software developer at Delcam. From 2007 to 2011, Descours served as a CRM consultant at BearingPoint, where they handled various responsibilities including CRM project management, IS implementation, and business intelligence. Descours then joined Donau Versicherung AG - Vienna Insurance Group as a CRM Project Manager and Contact Center SPOC from 2012 to 2016. Their role involved project planning, coordination, budget management, and staff training. Descours later worked as a Digital Marketing and Customer Relationship Manager at STIB-MIVB from 2017 to 2020, focusing on improving customer satisfaction, product ownership, and team management. Currently, Descours is a Product Owner at EVS Broadcast Equipment, starting from 2020.

Axele Descours pursued a Msc Level degree in Computer Science, Information System, and Telecommunication at CPE Lyon from 2003 to 2007.
