Julien Paillot

Julien Paillot has diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as an Internship Trainee at KitoZyme. In 2010, they worked as a Laboratory Analyst at ORAFTI and later had a Student Job and served as an Engineer Internship at Anheuser-Busch InBev. Julien then became a Research Engineer at CECOTEPE from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they joined BELSIM as a Software Tester, where they were involved in testing software developments, managing bug tracking, conducting specific tests, and leading sprint planning meetings. Since 2017, Julien has been working as a Product Owner at EVS Broadcast Equipment.

Julien Paillot has a diverse education history. Julien began their educational journey at Athénée Royal Charles Rogier Liège 1 from 1998 to 2004, where they obtained their GCSE in Mathematics and Sciences.

After that, they pursued their higher education at HEPL - Haute Ecole de la Province de Liège, where they earned their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Chemistry from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, they continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Chemistry.

In 2005, Julien briefly attended the University of Liège and studied Civil Engineering. However, they did not complete the degree program.

Julien continued their educational journey in 2011 at the Université catholique de Louvain, where they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Civil Engineering. This program lasted for one year.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Julien has obtained several certifications in the field of product ownership and management. In 2017, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance. In 2019, they further enhanced their expertise by obtaining the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org.
