Jeroen van der Voort

Jeroen van der Voort has extensive work experience in the media and broadcast industry.

Jeroen is currently serving as the Head of Professional Services Media Infrastructure at EVS Broadcast Equipment since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Project Management Media Infrastructure at the same company starting from May 2020 until April 2023.

Before joining EVS Broadcast Equipment, Jeroen worked at Axon Digital Design BV as the Director of Project Operations for a brief period from February 2020 to May 2020.

Jeroen's career also includes a significant tenure at Viacom International Media Networks, where they served as the Sr. Director of Broadcast projects & Development from October 2016 to February 2020. In this role, they were responsible for delivering technical media and broadcast projects, portfolio and program management for strategic initiatives, and portfolio management of international TV channels such as Nickelodeon, MTV, and Comedy Central.

Prior to Viacom, Jeroen worked at MTV Networks as the Director of broadcast projects & development from January 2011 to October 2016. In this role, they oversaw the delivery of various broadcast and media projects, including building a playout center, OTT streaming infrastructure, and implementing content management systems for international websites and apps.

Jeroen started their career at Technicolor as a Project Manager from November 2006 to January 2011. Here, they managed and delivered projects in the broadcast and media industry, including implementing a new Media Asset Management system for a Dutch regional broadcaster.

Before Technicolor, Jeroen worked at Tele2-Versatel as a Technical Product Manager Video Solutions from September 2005 to October 2006, and at Mediakabel as the IT Manager from April 2000 to November 2005.

Throughout their career, Jeroen has showcased proficiency in project management, portfolio management, and program management within the media and broadcast industry.

Jeroen van der Voort attended Hogeschool voor Economische Studies from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Bedrijfskundige Informatica.
