Paul van Avesaath has a diverse work experience in the field of hardware design and engineering. Paul is currently working as a Senior Hardware Design Engineer at EVS Broadcast Equipment since December 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Hardware Designer at TMC starting from April 2019.
Paul also gained valuable experience as a Hardware Designer at Philips from October to December 2022 and as a Hw designer at Ultimaker from July 2021 to August 2022.

Their longest tenure was at Axon Digital Design BV, where they held various roles including Hardware Developer from March 2005 to April 2018, and Senior Hardware Design Engineer from January 2004 to March 2018. During their time at Axon Digital Design BV, they were involved in developing digital hardware for high-end broadcast systems, collaborating with suppliers, releasing prototype designs, and conducting testing and debugging. Paul also researched new technologies to improve manufacturing, design stability, and cost reduction.
Paul's professional journey began at Kantoor centrum Beuningen, where they worked as an internal/external support engineer from January 1999 to February 2004.
Paul van Avesaath has a strong background in electronics and digital electronics. Paul began their education at ROC nijmegen from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics. Paul continued their studies at Avans University of Applied Sciences from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Digital electronics. Additionally, in 2010, they completed a Comprehensive VHDL course at Doulos. In 2011, they attended Sintecs and completed an Advanced Signal Integrity & High-Speed Methodology course. Lastly, in 2013, they took an Advanced Gigabit Channel Design course at Be The Signal.
