Pre-sales Consultant / Manager, Middle East

What will you do? 

Our Business department is EVYD’s spearhead that identifies new markets to venture into and secure businesses. As a core member of our commercial team, the Pre-Sales Consultant / Manager plays a critical role in the sales process by combining deep technical knowledge with good business sense and excellent communication skills. This individual will work closely with the sales team to understand the needs of potential clients and demonstrate how our solutions can address those needs. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise, product demonstrations, and creating tailored solutions that showcase the value of our products, as well as developing sales proposals and client presentations based on requirements, and supporting sales team in client pitch meetings, commercial proposal and RFP bid writting.   

This role is a regional role, covering the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, reporting to the President of Business and based in the UAE.  

Travel requirements 

Frequent travel is required for this role (up to 100%). 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of EVYD's healthcare software solutions, including features, functionality, and technical requirements. 

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide technical support during the sales process. 

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-depth product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and capabilities of our solutions. 

  • Solution Development: Create customized solutions and presentations that address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients. 

  • Client presentation: Support sales team to develop high quality client presentations and join client meetings to support sales pitches. 

  • RFP/RFI Responses: Assist in the preparation and delivery of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). 

  • Proof of Concept (PoC): Manage and execute proof of concept engagements to demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of our solutions in the client’s environment. 

  • Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between the sales team and the product development team to communicate client feedback and technical requirements. 

  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients during the evaluation phase to ensure they fully understand the product’s capabilities and potential benefits. 

  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide relevant insights during the sales process. 

  • Travel: Travel to client sites as needed to support sales activities and product demonstrations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to meet client needs. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Skilled in creating and delivering engaging and effective presentations to diverse audiences. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
  • Relevant certifications in healthcare IT or software solutions (e.g., CPHIMS, PMP) are a plus. 

Qualifications 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting, or related role within the healthcare software industry. 
  • Language: Proficient in English and Arabic.
