Sebastian Helge

Sebastian Helge has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sebastian started their career as a Laborant at ABB, where they were responsible for producing and calibrating measurement standards for the paper industry. Sebastian also handled inventory, assembly, and training of summer substitutes. Sebastian then joined Swedbank as an Operation Officer before moving on to ICA as a Medarbetare. At ICA, they worked for seven years before joining H&M as a Business Controller for the Kids division. In this role, they set goals, budgets, and strategies while maximizing selling and profitability. Sebastian later became an Online Business Controller for Ladies at H&M, where they were part of the management team and led a team of 15 individuals. Sebastian joined Ework Group as a Business Controller, responsible for supporting managers with data analysis, forecasts, and reports. Sebastian also managed the budget and forecast process for all countries within the organization. Sebastian eventually became the Team Leader Controlling and is currently serving as the Head of Controlling at Ework Group.

Sebastian Helge attended Stockholm University from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a dual degree program. Sebastian obtained a Civilekonom/Master of Science in Business and Economics with a specialization in Finance. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics during the same period.
