Davin Cushman

Davin Cushman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Davin started their career in 2006 as the Director of Operations Analysis at Capital One, where they led workforce analysis and business intelligence systems. In 2010, they founded Cushman Management Company and served as the Founder & Director. In the same year, they also joined ESW Capital as a Portfolio Company CEO, driving best-in-class returns through acquisitions and mergers.

In 2011, Davin became the CEO of Gensym, an independent product brand under ESW Capital. Davin continued in this role until 2020 while also serving as the CEO of Ignite Technologies from 2013 to 2020.

In 2018, Davin became a Board Member at BSQUARE, a position they held until 2022. In 2019, they became a Member of YPO.

In 2021, Davin took on several roles. Davin founded ex | XO and served as the Founder & Sponsor. Davin also founded Brightrose Software and held the position of Founder & CEO, successfully closing a partnership with the acquisition of Service Management Group. Additionally, they became an Investor and later the CEO of SMG - Service Management Group until 2023.

Davin Cushman graduated from Princeton University in 1996 with a degree in Politics (Political Economy). Davin later pursued their MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 2004 to 2006, focusing on Strategy, Organizations, Analytical Consulting.
