Fabián Solano Redondo

Fabián Solano Redondo has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Fabián started their career at GBM as a Service in 2014 as a Software Specialist. Here, they developed an automation system for the Business Automation department's pre-sales process, utilizing BPM, IBM Integration Bus, and IBM Portal Server and DB2 for integration. Fabián was responsible for collecting and documenting system requirements and technical details.

In 2015, Fabián joined GTS® | Costa Rica as a Software Developer. Here, they supported and improved a .Net homemade product for dental clinics, ensuring its correct behavior and adapting it to meet client needs.

In 2017, they worked as a Full-stack Developer at EX Squared Solutions and EX2 Outcoding. At EX Squared Solutions, Fabián participated in a SCRUM/AGILE mindset to work as a part of a multi-disciplinary group focused on delivering a project based on sprints.

At EX2 Outcoding, Fabián developed a global system for the Supply Chain department that ensured quality and approved all materials sent to the warehouse by suppliers. Fabián analyzed backlog activities and transformed them into tasks to work per sprint.

Throughout their career, Fabián has demonstrated expertise in full-stack development, software specialization, and system support and improvement.

Fabián Solano Redondo pursued their education in Costa Rica. From 2005 to 2007, they attended Colegio Científico de Costa Rica, Sede Cartago, where they obtained a Bachillerato en Educación Media. Following this, they enrolled at Tecnológico de Costa Rica from 2007 to 2014 and completed a degree in Ingeniería en Computación. Additionally, they acquired certifications such as "Microsoft Certified Professional" from Microsoft in November 2018 and "Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3" from the same institution in November 2018. More recently, in October 2022, they gained a certification in "Problem Solving (Basic)" from HackerRank.
