Jose Daniel Araya Arias

Jose Daniel Araya Arias started their work experience at SKEMClub in 2020 as a Communication Lead. Jose Daniel then joined Experian as an RPA Developer Intern from October to December 2020. In 2021, they started working at Outcoding as a Junior QA Tester, where they were involved in manual and automated testing using agile methodologies. Later on, they transitioned to the role of Automation Developer.

Jose Daniel Araya Arias completed their education in a sequential manner, starting with their high school diploma from Colegio Técnico Profesional Don Bosco, which they obtained from 2015 to 2020. Following this, they pursued a degree as a software developer, earning a Técnico medio en Informática en Desarrollo de Software from the same institution from 2018 to 2020. Most recently, they have enrolled in Universidad Fidélitas and is currently working towards a Grado en Ingeniería in Ingeniería de sistemas, which they started in 2022 and is expected to complete in 2025.

In addition to their formal education, Jose Daniel has obtained several additional certifications. Jose Daniel completed the Scrum Fundamentals Certified course from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in March 2023. In March 2022, they obtained the ESPECIALIDAD SIX SIGMA YELLOW BELT certification from Fundación Tecnológica de Costa Rica (FUNDATEC). Furthermore, they received training in socio-emotional skills for work from ALIARSE in August 2020 and completed the Plan de Negocios writing course from the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Telecommunications of Costa Rica in June 2020. Jose Daniel also completed virtual training for entrepreneurs through HP Life, organized by the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Telecommunications of Costa Rica in June 2020. Additionally, they received training in employability English from ALIARSE in July 2019 and holds Cisco certifications, including Cisco CCNA2 (obtained in March 2019), Cisco CCNA1 (obtained in June 2018), and Cisco IT Essentials (obtained in July 2017).
