Jonathon Gorny

Jonathon Gorny has extensive experience in leadership and community impact, currently serving as Regional Director and previously as Associate Regional Director and Teaching Assistant for Young Life since July 2007. In addition, Jonathon has been a Design Thinker at EX3 Labs since January 2019, facilitating group discussions that merge problem-solving with technology. As a co-owner of Southpaw Roasters Coffee from October 2018 to July 2021, Jonathon developed a zero-debt business model that aimed to reduce unemployment in the Austin neighborhood of Chicago. Furthermore, Jonathon served as Head Coach for the men's volleyball team at Riverside Brookfield High School for seven seasons. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Television and Film from Bowling Green State University.
