Esther Haaksman-Bakker

Esther Haaksman-Bakker is currently the EVP Strategic Sourcing at EXA Infrastructure, a Member of SER Topvrouwen, and the Founder of Miss E-Procurement & Management Services. Esther has held various leadership roles in procurement and operations at companies such as Unit4, Tele2, Versatel, and Nokia, showcasing their expertise in managing strategic vendors, negotiating agreements, and implementing procurement strategies to drive savings and efficiency. Esther holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has also completed additional education at Harvard Law School and NEVI 1 and 2.
