Jakub Hojsan

Jakub Hojsan is a skilled Forward Deployed Engineer currently at Exa since October 2025. Previously, Jakub served as an AI Strategist at Distyl AI, leading AI system implementation for Fortune 500 companies, specifically targeting $100M-scale enterprise challenges. As a Product Manager at Microsoft from June 2023 to March 2025, Jakub managed product development for an internal tooling suite associated with Azure region and cloud buildout, collaborating with teams to enhance tooling efficiency across numerous projects. Jakub also gained experience as a Product Manager Intern at Microsoft, focusing on geoexpansion challenges. Prior to these roles, Jakub was involved with a privacy technology company named Stealth. Jakub holds a B.S. in Computer Science from UCLA, completed in January 2023, and graduated from Elk Grove High School in January 2020.
