Josh Weimer

Josh Weimer is an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer currently at Patronus AI since August 2025. Previously, Josh served as Lead Forward Deployed Engineer at Polydelta from August 2023 to August 2025, where responsibilities included establishing the Forward Deployed Engineer function and overseeing AI deployments for federal agencies. Prior experience includes a role as Data Analyst at MathCo from January 2022 to January 2023 and a Data & GIS Lab Assistant position at UC San Diego Library from January 2021 to January 2022, focusing on developing web applications for data management and reporting. Josh also worked as a Research Assistant at UC San Diego in early 2021. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Data Analytics from UC San Diego.
