Rajesh Badhe

Rajesh Badhe has over 30 years of experience in software engineering and management. Starting in 1992 at Tata Consultancy Services, they worked on projects for various clients, managing a team of programmers. In 1998, they joined ProactiveNet Inc as a Sr. Software Engineering Manager and Architect, where they led a team of eleven engineers and played a key role in the architecture of the flagship product. In 2007, they joined BMC Software as a Sr. Software Engineering Manager and Principal Product Developer, managing teams and collaborating across functional organizations. In 2015, they joined SugarCRM as a Senior Manager of Engineering, overseeing engineering projects until 2021. Currently, Rajesh holds the position of Director of Engineering at Exabeam, where they have been since 2021.

Rajesh Badhe holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, also from VJTI.
