Chief Customer Success Officer, Marcel van de Sandt has been with Exact since 1992. After working at an Exact reseller, he started as a sales representative and worked as a project manager for Euro and Y2k. He quickly moved up through the ranks garnering knowledge and international experience along the way.

Marcel has held various management positions over the years in areas as diverse as consultancy, product marketing, support, and product management & development. He spends a significant part of his Exact career developing the company’s flagship cloud platform, Exact Online.

In his current role, he is responsible for all touchpoints in the customer journey including improving customer satisfaction and retention.
