Andreia Faria

Andreia Faria has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andreia began their career at Melhoramentos Papéis as a Paper Machine Production Supervisor, where they were responsible for operational management, strategic planning, and budget control. Andreia then transitioned to the role of Operational Excellence Supervisor, overseeing continuous improvement activities and designing quality and safety procedures. Andreia also served as a Forest and Environment Supervisor, implementing Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification and coordinating environmental management.

Andreia then moved on to AkzoNobel, where they worked as a Quality Management Supervisor, managing the corporate quality management system and providing training to empower teams. Andreia later joined Kimberly-Clark as a Corporative System Integration Manager, leading audits and overseeing quality, environment, and safety functions at multiple sites.

In recent years, Andreia has worked for various companies in different roles. These include positions such as Food Processing Technician at Grand River Foods, Quality Management Specialist at DeBoer's Poultry, and Assistant Manager at La Vie En Rose. At Diamed Lab Supplies Inc, they served as Warehouse and Purchasing Support.
