Cassy Morgan

Cassy Morgan joined Exactech as Vice President of Human Resources in January 2023. Prior to Exactech, Morgan held leadership roles in medical device and life science companies like HCA Healthcare, RTI Surgical, Ology Bioservices and AavantiBio.

She has a proven track record in strategic direction and operational oversight for all Human Resources functions, especially organizational development, and championing a diverse, inclusive, empathic and engaging culture.
