Chris Geyer

Chris Geyer has extensive experience in operations and management roles within the medical device industry. Chris is currently the Senior Director of Operations at Exactech, where they lead multiple manufacturing sites and focuses on organizational excellence and delivering results. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at ZimVie, where they established necessary processes for the company's legal separation from Zimmer Biomet. Chris also had a long tenure at Zimmer Biomet, starting as a Senior Sustaining Engineer & Operations Supervisor and eventually becoming the Director of Operations. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in end-to-end product fulfillment, continuous improvement, engineering, and supply chain management. Chris has a proven track record of driving process improvements, quality enhancements, and cost reductions. Before joining Zimmer Biomet, Chris worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics, where they provided technical leadership and support in manufacturing projects.

Chris Geyer earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Florida. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Hoshin Planning from LinkedIn and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Mid-South Quality and Productivity Center (MSQPC).
