Mike Scott

Mike Scott has a diverse and extensive work experience in procurement and consulting roles. Mike is currently the Director of Indirect Procurement at Exactech since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal at F.I.N.S. Consulting, LLC from 2017 to 2023, where they specialized in indirect procurement negotiation and strategy. Before that, Mike held various positions at Kimberly-Clark, including Global Director of Procurement Services, Procurement Manager III, Sourcing and Supply Consultant, and Operations Manager. In these roles, they gained experience in supply chain management, contract manufacturing, and managing large-scale indirect spend.

Mike Scott has an education history that includes an MBA in Business from Northern Michigan University (1985-1989) and a BSE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan (1978-1982). Mike also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering (1978-1982). Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Procurement Manager from ISO 9001 Auditor.
