Andrea Nova has extensive work experience in the field of transfer pricing and tax advisory services. Andrea began their career at Ralco, srl as an Engineering Consultant, specializing in product design and mechanical/electrical performance testing. Andrea then transitioned to Axiom Markets LLC, where they served as a Systematic Commodity Futures Trader, conducting live market trading and collaborating with traders and market makers. Additionally, they took on the role of Quantitative Analyst, designing algorithmic trading strategies and managing data. Andrea's next position was at Eataly as a Business Consultant, focusing on improving operational margins and implementing standard operating procedures. Their expertise in transfer pricing expanded when they joined EY as a Senior Analyst, providing advisory services to global financial institutions. Currently, Andrea holds a senior management position at Exactera, leading a global team of Transfer Pricing professionals and utilizing innovative technology to deliver efficient tax solutions to a diverse client portfolio.

Andrea Nova holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, which was completed from 2004 to 2007. Andrea then pursued a Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and completed it from Politecnico di Milano from 2007 to 2010. Andrea further advanced their education by obtaining another Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2009. Lastly, they completed a Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2010.
