Megan Bordes

Megan Bordes has over two decades of experience in various senior leadership roles in product management and procurement. Megan is currently working as the Senior VP of Product at Exactera since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at CrossBorder Solutions from 2018 to 2023, where they held the role of Senior VP of Product (A.I.) and then VP of Product. Megan also has experience in the healthcare industry, having worked at Northwell Health System as the Manager of the Office of Procurement from 2015 to 2018. Before that, they worked at Thomson Reuters as a Senior Product Manager, specializing in Transfer Pricing and Operational Transfer Pricing from 2009 to 2015. Megan also held positions at Duff & Phelps, LLC as the Vice President of Transfer Pricing from 2007 to 2009, and at Thomson Tax & Accounting (formerly CrossBorder Solutions) as the Group Senior Manager of Transfer Pricing from 2002 to 2007.

Megan Bordes completed their education at NYU Stern School of Business from 2007 to 2011, earning a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Accounting and Global Business. Prior to that, they attended the University of Michigan from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics. Megan also holds several additional certifications including Certified HIPAA Professional from HIPAA Academy and Associate CTPRP from Shared Assessments. Megan has also completed the Product Management Foundations course from Pragmatic Marketing/Institute.
