Ashley Harrison

Ashley Harrison has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Ashley began working as an Accounting Clerk at FPI Management from July 2009 to January 2013. Ashley then worked as a Ticket Seller at the University of North Texas from August 2013 to March 2014. Following that, they worked as a Bartender/Server at Movie Tavern Inc. from July 2012 to August 2014. Ashley later joined Sally Beauty, where they worked in multiple positions, including POS Coordinator from July 2014 to January 2018, IT Helpdesk - Technical Support from February 2018 to September 2020, Rollout Support Manager from February 2018 to July 2018, and Store Operations Systems Administrator from July 2018 to September 2020. Ashley then moved on to Coinsource, where they worked as a Support Agent III from September 2020 to August 2021, GRC Analyst (Governance, Risk and Compliance) from September 2020 to October 2021, and Associate Vice President of Customer Support - Phone Support Manager from October 2021 to January 2022. Currently, Ashley is working as a Desktop Support Engineer at Exactuals since September 2022.

Ashley Harrison's education history begins with their high school diploma from Inderkum High School, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Afterward, they attended American River College from 2008 to 2011, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Social Sciences. Following their time at American River College, Ashley enrolled in the University of North Texas from 2011 to 2013. Here, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science degree with a focus on Business.

In addition to their formal education, Ashley Harrison has also obtained certifications to further enhance their knowledge and skills. In July 2021, they completed The Risk Management Certification Program (PMI-RMP) from Udemy. Furthermore, in March 2021, they completed a certification titled "Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers" from LinkedIn.
