Anastasia Strizh

Anastasia Strizh has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Anastasia started their career as a PO/Tech Consultant in the Footwear Production industry at Long XinFa Shoes Company from 2006 to 2008. Anastasia then worked as a BA/PO of E4EM Project for the Belarus-EU Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy at Universitá di Bologna from 2011 to 2014.

In 2012, they joined Joint-Stock Venture Otiko as a BA in the PR and eCommerce department of the Belarus-German Joint-Venture in Industrial Production. Anastasia'smain responsibilities included collecting end user requirements, creating advertising POS materials, and assortment planning. Anastasia worked there until 2017.

Anastasia then joined EPAM Systems in 2017 as a Senior Information Technology Business Analyst, where they worked until 2021. During their time at EPAM Systems, they gained extensive experience in IT business analysis.

Currently, they are employed at Exadel Polska. Anastasia started in 2021 as a Lead Information Technology Business Analyst and later took on the role of Strategic Technical Product Owner, Business Analysis Team Lead, and BA Community Lead. In 2022, they were promoted to Head of Exadel Business Analysis Department.

Anastasia Strizh holds a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Product Technology and Design, with a specialization in Materials for Consumer Goods Industry, from Vitebsk State Technological University. Anastasia also obtained a certification as a Business Analyst from IT Academy in 2016. In addition to their formal education, Anastasia has acquired various certifications, including Professional Agile Leadership™ I (PAL I) and Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, among others. Anastasia has also received training in UI Path RPA Business Analysis and Automation Essentials. Furthermore, Anastasia has a Certificate of Chinese Studies from Sun Yat-sen University, and they have completed additional certifications in graphic design and advertising, as well as internet marketing.
