Paweł Borysiuk

Paweł Borysiuk has a diverse work experience. Paweł is currently working at Exadel as the Head of local Java Department and previously held the role of Development Team Leader on a digital transformation project. In this role, they led two multinational teams and was responsible for project planning, execution, development processes, solution design, and architecture. Prior to Exadel, they worked as a Development Team Leader at Uitgeverij Van In and B&M Solutions. Paweł also gained experience as a Senior Software Developer at CGI Poland and as a Software Developer at Bluesoft and XB Software Ltd. At Bluesoft, Paweł successfully completed four major projects for large international companies and gained valuable skills in areas such as design, development, analysis, communication with clients, and mentoring. At XB Software Ltd., their primary role was in Android application development with backend implementation in Spring Boot.

Paweł Borysiuk is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electronics at Warsaw University of Technology, starting in 2017.
