Daniel Carvajal is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in IT support and consulting. Currently employed as a Technical Lead at Exalate since May 2023, Daniel previously held roles at iDalko as an L3 Support Engineer and Technical Support Specialist, providing professional services for the Exalate integration tool implementation. Prior experience includes positions at Citi as a Mainframe ECC Infrastructure Analyst, GSK as a Video Conference Analyst and Technical Associate, and roles at Teleperformance, FIRSTBASE Communication Technologies, Bank of America, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where Daniel gathered expertise in user support, troubleshooting, and system management.
