Aga Jop has over 20 years of work experience. Aga is currently the Director of Client Success International at Examity since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Key Account Manager at Examity from October 2020 to September 2022.

Before joining Examity, Aga Jop worked at CIPFA from 2008 to 2020. Aga held the role of Head of Student Services from March 2013 to March 2020, where they managed various responsibilities including assessments and qualifications, stakeholder management, programme delivery, and compliance. Aga also managed relationships with partners, associates, employers, and corporate clients. In addition, they created business plans and managed a budget of £2.5 million. Aga Jop also served as an Assessment Manager from April 2011 to February 2013 and as an Education Manager from June 2008 to April 2011 during their time at CIPFA.

Prior to their work at CIPFA, Aga Jop worked at the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors as a Student Support Co-ordinator from November 2006 to May 2008, and as an Examinations and Admissions Administrator from October 2005 to November 2006.

Aga started their career as an English Language Course Leader at Wyższa Szkoła Pedagogiczna Towarzystwa Wiedzy Powszechnej w Warszawie from October 1999 to April 2005.

Throughout their career, Aga Jop has demonstrated expertise in client success, key account management, assessment management, education programme management, and stakeholder management.

Aga Jop completed their MA in English Philology at the University of Lodz from 1995 to 2000.
