Sara Cowling has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Sara started their career at Peterson's as a Quality Assurance Intern and Client Relations Representative, where they tested educational websites and systems. Sara then moved to Prometric, where they served as a Program Manager and later as a Client Services Manager/Account Manager. At Prometric, they managed multi-million-dollar revenue and implemented testing and test development related products. After that, Sara joined T. Rowe Price as a Client Account Manager, where they served as the primary point of contact for institutional clients. Currently, they are working at Examity as the Director of Client Success, overseeing strategic clients and managing a team to increase client retention and revenue.

Sara Cowling earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on International Business Relations from the University of Mary Washington in 2006. Sara continued their education at Loyola University Maryland where they obtained a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they had a brief study experience at University College Cork in 2005 to further their knowledge in International Business.
