Jay Suresh Nirmal has a diverse range of work experience in software engineering and development. Jay Suresh is currently working at Examity as a Software Engineer II - Team Lead, where they lead a team of 8 software engineers and provides them with guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership. Jay Suresh has also played a key role in architecting and developing a scalable, reliable, and secure end-to-end feature called Direct Connect to an exam, resulting in an 8% increase in company revenue. Prior to their current role, Jay worked at EY as a Software Engineer from August 2020 to November 2021.

Before joining EY, Jay was a Full-Stack Developer at TracFlo, Inc. Here, they led a team of developers in creating a cloud-based mobile app and web interface using technologies such as React.js, React-Native, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Jay Suresh also implemented a Dev-Ops pipeline for the application using various AWS services.

Additionally, Jay has experience as a Front-End Developer at Retail Business Services from January 2019 to May 2019.
