Kyriakos Charilaou

Kyriakos Charilaou has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Currently, they are the Director of Global Compliance Operations at EXANTE, where they hold the position of Deputy Global Head of Compliance. Prior to this, they worked as a Compliance & AML Officer at the same company.

Before joining EXANTE, Kyriakos was the Compliance and AML Officer, as well as the Head of Compliance, at CIF - Cyprus Investment Firm. Kyriakos held this role from June 2020 to March 2021.

From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Head of Portfolio Management & Investment Research at CIF - Cyprus Investment Firm.

Earlier in their career, Kyriakos was the Executive Director, Head of Prop-Trading & Investment Risk Management at YESFX LTD from 2008 to 2018. Kyriakos also worked as a Senior Trader at Dubai Capital Group from 2005 to 2008, and as a Margin and Risk Manager at Sharelink Securities & Financial Services Ltd from 2006 to 2007.

Kyriakos Charilaou has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from Lancaster University, which was obtained from 2005 to 2006. Kyriakos also has an Apolytirion degree in Economics from G.C. School of Careers, which was obtained from 1995 to 2001. In addition, they have obtained various certifications in fields such as cryptocurrency fundamentals, anti-money laundering, data protection, market analysis, and financial technical analysis.
