Robert Greenwood is the current Chief Product Officer at eXate. Previously, they served as a Product Manager at SWIFT from February 2021 to November 2021. Prior to that, they were the Technical Associate Director - API Strategy at Fidelity International from May 2010 to January 2021. In this role, they were responsible for leading the adoption of a consistent and cohesive global API transformation program at Fidelity International. Robert has also been instrumental in setting up and implementing the core API ecosystem of gateways, security, design standards, customer sandbox, operations, and monitoring.

Robert Greenwood has a certification from OKR International as a Certified OKR Practitioner (C-OKRP) and a certification from Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster.
