Catalina Castor has over 18 years of experience in human resources, with roles in various casinos and resorts. Their most recent position was as the Director of Talent Management at Excalibur Hotel & Casino, where they led all HR operations and designed programs to foster engagement and develop talent. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at Circus Circus Las Vegas Hotel and Casino, overseeing a team of 5 and developing HR programs to drive growth and organizational effectiveness.
