Paul Lewis Sutherland

Paul Lewis Sutherland is an experienced drilling engineer with a robust background in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Drilling Engineer at EXCEED Energy since April 2022, Paul previously held the position of Graduate Drilling Engineer at Drilling Systems, where responsibilities included the full lifecycle development of drilling simulators. Before that, Paul worked as an Operations Engineer at Maersk Drilling, focusing on drilling optimization and safety enhancement. With leadership experience as Chief Operations Officer at iGroup Trans Limited and roles in transport management, Paul possesses a diverse skill set spanning engineering and operations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Drilling and Well Engineering from Robert Gordon University and a Master's Degree in Drilling of Oil and Gas Wells from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas.
