Joe Persico

Joe Persico is the VP of Operations in the Vendor Management Division at Excel Building Services. He manages all accounts which include TJX, Ross, Burlington, and Toys R US. Joe has 20 years of experience in the vendor-managed janitorial industry. He has worked for several national facility management companies and has been with Excel since 2016.

Joe has worked his way up through the industry starting as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, Director Of Operations, Corporate Account Manager, to VP of Operations. He has participated in many team-building and industry training programs across the country. As well Joe has helped develop employee training, vendor training, and customer relationship-building programs for all types of facility management services.
