Bob MacKinnon

Bob MacKinnon has extensive experience in IT infrastructure, program management, and business process transformation, having held significant roles at various organizations. At Xcel Energy, Bob served as a Program Manager for the PMO Compute Initiative before retiring in 2022. Prior to this, Bob was a Managing Director at Charles Schwab, where responsibilities included developing strategic roadmaps for BPM platform initiatives. Bob also led public sector practices at Pegasystems and held director-level positions at KPMG and Evolving Systems, managing large teams and overseeing major projects in technology infrastructure and engineering. Bob holds advanced degrees in Computer Science and Economics & Computer Science from the Florida Institute of Technology and Rollins College, respectively.
