Cintia Iannazzone

Cintia Iannazzone began their work experience as a Market Researcher at StocExpo in 2008. In 2009, Cintia became a Hospitality Manager at Anchor Trust and held this role until 2014. From 2014 to 2021, they worked as a Learning and Organisational Development Specialist at Anchor Hanover Group. Currently, Cintia is the Head of Learning and Development at Excelcare Holdings, starting in September 2021.

Cintia Iannazzone's education history begins in 2010 when they enrolled at the University of Greenwich. Cintia pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in International Business and specialized in Economics. Cintia completed their undergraduate studies in 2013.

After their bachelor's degree, Cintia continued their education at the University of Greenwich and obtained a Master of Arts degree in International Human Resources Management in 2014. Cintia'sstudies focused on the field of HR.

In addition to their formal education, Cintia has also attained several certifications. In July 2017, they received a Level 3 Award in Education & Training from City & Guilds. Cintia further expanded their knowledge and skills by completing various online certification courses. In April 2020, they obtained certifications in Positive Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and in Shaping Work of the Future from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology through edX. Additionally, in May 2020, they completed the "Leaders of Learning" certification offered by Harvard University in collaboration with EdX.
