Ben Fisher

Ben Fisher, MBA has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Ben is currently the Director of Operations at Excelitas Technologies Corp., a leading industrial technology manufacturer. In their previous role, they served as the Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at the same company.

Prior to joining Excelitas Technologies Corp., Ben worked at BILSTEIN Shock Absorbers, where they held several positions including Director of Engineering, Director of Supply Chain Management, and Purchasing Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for the development, validation, and launch of high-performance shock absorber applications, as well as overseeing all aspects of the company's supply chain policies and strategic objectives.
