Leith Ames MBA, PMP has a diverse and extensive work experience across various industries and roles. They are currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Excelitas Technologies Corp. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Business Development at L3Harris Technologies. At L3 Technologies, they served as the Director of Business Development. Leith also has experience working in the defense sector, having served as an Acquisition Program Manager at USSOCOM and a Requirements Developer at US Army Special Operations Command. They started their career in the military, holding positions such as Battalion Operations/Administration Staff Officer and Ranger Company Commander at 1st Ranger Battalion, as well as Company Commander and Brigade Staff Officer at 10th Mountain Division.
