Thomas Morley

Thomas Morley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in analytics, data, technology strategy, operations, and business development. Thomas has worked at Excellus BCBS since 2016, where they currently hold the position of Vice President - Analytics, Data and Technology Strategy and Operations. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Enterprise IT Business Strategy and Director of Analytics & Data Business Strategy at the same company. Thomas started their journey at Excellus BCBS as a Manager of Analytics and Data Strategy before becoming the Analytics & Data Business Development Lead.

Before joining Excellus BCBS, Thomas Morley worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance, starting as a Business Analyst II and eventually becoming the Manager of Special Projects. Additionally, they have experience as a Project Leader, Consultant of Advanced Analytics, and Senior Business Analyst at Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Thomas Morley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross, which they attended from 2006 to 2010. Thomas then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, with a focus in an unspecified field of study, from 2015 to 2018. In addition to their degrees, Morley obtained certification as a CPCU from the AICPA and AICPU in December 2013.
