Fabia Butler

Fabia Butler has a diverse work experience in the banking and healthcare industries. Fabia is currently the Director of Marketing & Community Relations at Exchange Bank. Prior to that, they worked as the Communications Director for Core Transformation at First Republic Bank, where they focused on strengthening the internal brand voice and supporting executive communications. Before that, they held various roles at Bank of the West, including Director and Senior Marketing & Communications Program Manager, providing thought leadership support and aligning marketing activities with business goals. Fabia also worked as a Communications Manager at Kaiser Permanente and held the position of VP, Community & Public Relations Manager at Bank of Marin. Fabia started their career at Bank of Marin as a VP, Advertising & Communications Manager and held that role for over a decade.

Fabia Butler has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in American Studies from Hollins University. Fabia has also taken courses in the MBA program at Golden Gate University. In 2021, they participated in the CVNL Excellence in Leadership Program.
